The audit does not guarantee that the studio will accept the full identity project afterward. If the audit fee is credited toward a later project, the condition and time period for that credit will be stated clearly at the time of engagement.

Payments and refunds

Payment terms for projects, audits, or services will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payments, booking fees, audit fees, and completed project milestones may be non-refundable once work has started, time has been reserved, or deliverables have been shared.
